Located in Terres Basses, on the hillside, Villa Truffle enjoys ocean and Anguilla views, sunset orientation. The property can accommodate up to 10 people in its five bedrooms. Minimum rental period: 6 nights in low season, 7 nights in high season and Christmas/New Year.

The villa offers two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms opening directly onto the terrace and living areas. Two further bedrooms are located on the lower level, one of which is equipped with two single beds, each with en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is set in an independent bungalow, with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and small private terrace. Interior spaces include an air-conditioned lounge and dining room.

The exterior features a 5 m x 10 m heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi/whirlpool, outdoor shower and barbecue. Practical amenities: wine cellar, air-conditioned kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, washing machine, dryer, iron, PRM access, electric gate and generator.

On-site staff include a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach is a 5-minute drive away, restaurants and groceries 10 minutes, town and airport 15 minutes. The villa is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples looking for spacious, private accommodation.
