Located in Orient Bay, Villa Sunrise occupies an east-facing mountainside, overlooking the ocean and the islands of Pinel, Tintamarre and Saint-Barth. The villa sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, and is a 5-minute drive from the beaches, restaurants and mini-market.

All three bedrooms have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The third bedroom features a private Jacuzzi. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room with TV and satellite TV, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine). The villa has been completely renovated, featuring contemporary furnishings.

The exterior features a 14 m x 4 m heated swimming pool, covered terrace and barbecue. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate.

The staff includes a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.
