Villa Oceane is located in the residential area of Terres Basses, a five-minute walk from the beach. The property faces the sunset and sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Minimum rental period: low season 4 nights, high season 5 nights, Christmas and New Year 7 nights.

The interior features four suites, each with private bathroom; three rooms are connected from the inside, making them ideal for families. The villa can be rented in 2, 3 or 4-bedroom configurations. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a kitchen with dishwasher.

Outside, the covered terrace faces the ocean, and a barbecue is available. The swimming pool measures 5 m x 12 m and is heated from December 15 to April 30. Outside this period, pool heating is optional at a cost of $350 per week. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, safe, electric gate, washing machine, dryer and iron.

Staff include a housekeeper (present every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers are included in the rental price, as are beach towels.
