Located in Terres Basses, Saint-Martin, Villa Monchal is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Minimum stays: 5 nights low season, 6 nights high season, 10 nights Christmas and New Year.

The interior features an open-plan layout linking living room, dining room and fitted kitchen. High ceilings and large windows contribute to the luminosity of the spaces. Two master bedrooms, one in the main house and the other in a separate bungalow, each have an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom, in the main house, has an en-suite bathroom.
