Located on the seafront in Terres Basses (Baie Rouge), Villa Le Reve offers direct beach access and a sunset orientation with views of the ocean and Anguilla. The property accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms. Minimum stay: 7 nights in low and high season, 14 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The villa features six bedrooms in the main house, each with en suite bathroom and ocean view, and a seventh bedroom in a separate wing for added privacy. Interior spaces include an air-conditioned living room, dining room, fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen, a second multimedia room on the lower level and entertainment facilities such as a billiard table and wine cellar. Television and satellite TV are available.

The exterior features a heated pool, hot tub, gazebos and direct access to the beach. On-site: barbecue, private spa, gym and tennis court. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a daily maid, gardener, janitor and pool attendant. A private chef can provide three meals a day, with food and beverages at extra cost. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.
