Located in the Terres Basses hills of St Martin, the villa offers a sunset view of the ocean. Access to the beach in 5 minutes by car. The property extends over two levels and can accommodate up to 13 guests in 6 bedrooms.

The interior features six bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Four bedrooms have king-size beds. Two bedrooms are on the same level as the kitchen and living room, while the other four are on the same level as the terrace and infinity pool. The open-plan living room combines lounge and dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and espresso machine. Television, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available.

The exterior features a 5 m x 12 m infinity pool, a deck and a large gazebo for evening meals. Covered terrace and barbecue complete the outdoor spaces. Practical on-site facilities: safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator.

The staff includes a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.
