Located in the bay of Cul de Sac in Saint-Martin, Villa The Beach House enjoys a seafront location with ocean views and direct access to the beach. The villa can accommodate six people in its three bedrooms. Minimum stay: 5 nights in low season, 6 nights in high season, 12 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior features an air-conditioned living room extended by large picture windows, a dining room and a fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea view. The other two bedrooms, also with king-size beds, share a modern bathroom; one of them opens onto the outside and offers a view of the sunrise over the bay.

Outside, the heated swimming pool faces the ocean and is accompanied by a terrace and barbecue. The exotic garden completes the outdoor spaces. Practical on-site amenities: Wi-Fi, TV and Smart TV, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, iron, safe and electric gate.

On-site staff: housekeeper (arrivals/departures), gardener and pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the grocery store and town center in 6 minutes, and the airport in 30 minutes. The villa is suitable for couples, families and small groups of up to six people.
