Located in the quiet Terres Basses area of Saint-Martin, Villa Les Oliviers offers ocean views and a recently renovated space. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Minimum rental period: 5 nights in low season, 6 nights in high season, 7 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior features two separate lounges: a first, light-filled area with meridiennes and views of the pool, and a second lounge designed for entertainment with TV. On the main level is the master bedroom with open bathroom. Two further bedrooms, one accessible from inside and the other from the terrace, overlook the pool. The fourth bedroom, on the lower level, has private access via a pathway, a terrace and a koi pond.

Outside, the villa features a swimming pool, covered terrace and barbecue. The exotic garden is landscaped and features a swing. Practical amenities include a gym, air-conditioned kitchen and living room, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, dishwasher, espresso machine, safe, washing machine, dryer, iron and electric gate.

Staff includes a maid every other day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car. Restaurants and grocery stores are 7 minutes away, and the town and airport 15 minutes. Villa suitable for families, couples and groups of friends.
