Located high above Orient Bay, Villa Fleurs de Lys offers ocean views and 4-minute drive to the beach. The four-bedroom house can accommodate up to eight people, making it ideal for small groups.

The interior comprises four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms share a common bathroom; the fourth also has an outdoor shower. Living areas include an air-conditioned living room, dining room and kitchen, equipped with TV, Smart TV and satellite TV, as well as a wine cellar.

Outside, the property features a heated swimming pool with a lily motif at the bottom. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating is available on request, at a cost of 350 USD per week. Terrace, barbecue and outdoor shower complete the outdoor facilities.

On-site staff include a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 4-minute drive from restaurants, grocery stores and the town center, and 30 minutes from the airport. Minimum stays: low season 5 nights, high season 6 nights, Christmas/New Year 10 nights. Suitable for couples, families and small groups.
