Located by the sea in Petite Plage, Grand Case, Villa Petite Plage 5 has six bedrooms and sleeps twelve. The house overlooks the ocean and Rocher Créole, with direct access to the sand. Minimum stays: 5 nights in low and high season, 7 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior features six bedrooms, including the upstairs master suite with private terrace. Two rooms have outdoor showers and three have bathtubs. The sixth bedroom is an independent studio at the entrance, suitable for guests or staff. Communal areas include an air-conditioned living room, dining room and fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen with espresso machine, dishwasher and Smart TV.

The exterior features an 18 m x 12 m swimming pool, heated from December 15 to May 1, as well as a Jacuzzi facing the sea. The property offers sun loungers, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, wine cellar, electric gate and generator.

On-site staff include a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. Beach towels are included in the rental price.
