Located in Terres Basses, Baie Longue, Villa Casa de la Playa is a beachfront home with direct access to the beach. The villa can accommodate 10 people in its 5 bedrooms. Minimum stays: low season 5 nights, high season 7 nights, Christmas and New Year 7 nights.

The interior features a large open-plan living area, an air-conditioned lounge with TV and Smart TV, a dining room and a fully-equipped air-conditioned kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine). All five bedrooms have private access under the covered terrace. The master bedroom is separate from the main room and includes an en suite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. The other four bedrooms are arranged in two sets of two, each with its own private bathroom overlooking the garden.

Outside there's a 12 m x 7 m infinity pool, covered terrace, barbecue and pool table. The property offers direct access to the beach. Practical amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator.

The staff includes a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener and a pool attendant. A private chef is available; the villa can be rented with or without this service. When the chef is included, he prepares three meals a day; food and beverages are charged extra. Beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach is a 1-minute walk away. Restaurants, grocery stores and downtown are about 10 minutes away by car, the airport 15 minutes. Suitable for couples, families or groups of friends.
