Located in Terres Basses, Saint-Martin, this villa offers ocean views and beach access just a five-minute walk away. The house sleeps up to 8 people in four bedrooms, and is suitable for stays of 5 nights or more in low season, 7 nights in high season and over Christmas/New Year.

The interior includes an air-conditioned living room with TV and direct access to the exterior, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. The four bedrooms are of equivalent size; one has an outdoor shower on its private terrace. Two bedrooms are accessible from the interior spaces overlooking the garden, while the other two are on the lower level, poolside, accessible by a few steps from the living room. The villa also features a wine cellar.

Outside is an infinity pool, complemented by a small pool connected to the lower terrace. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside these dates, heating is available as an option at a cost of 350 $ per week. The covered terrace offers seating and a barbecue, while a rooftop offers a 180° view with deckchairs. The garden is planted with tropical species.

Staff include a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Beach towels are provided with the rental.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 5-minute drive from restaurants, 2 minutes from the grocery store, 10 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from the airport, making it ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends.
