Situated on the heights of Terres Basses in Saint-Martin, Villa Just in Paradise offers a sunset-facing ocean view. The house is located on the hillside, a 2-minute drive from the beach, and can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms. The rental is available in 1, 2 or 3-bedroom configurations, depending on requirements.

The interior features three bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, travertine and Indonesian river stone finishes and outdoor showers overlooking the sea. Common areas include an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen, as well as a wine cellar. The kitchen opens onto the outside for easy circulation between interior and terrace.

The exterior features an 18 m x 5 m x 2 m heated swimming pool, covered terrace and barbecue. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating can be activated as an option for 350 $ per week. Facilities include outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, espresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, iron, electric gate and generator.

On-site staff include a housekeeper every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from a grocery store, 15 minutes from restaurants, 10 minutes from town and 15 minutes from the airport. Minimum stays: low season 5 nights, high season 6 nights, Christmas/New Year 12 nights. Suitable for couples, families and small groups.
