Located on the heights of Terres Basses in Saint-Martin, Villa Imagine offers views of the lagoon and Sint Maarten. The property is a 5-minute drive from the beaches and can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Minimum nights: low season 6, high season 7, Christmas/New Year 7.

The villa comprises five bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and can be offered in 4 or 5 bedroom configurations as required. Living areas include a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine. Satellite TV access is available.

Outside, there's a 12 x 5 m infinity pool, heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating is available as an option at a cost of 350 $ per week. Terrace, barbecue and exotic garden complete the offer. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a housekeeper (every other day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener and a pool attendant. For stays of 7 nights, cleaning is provided three times a week. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is 10 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, 15 minutes from town and 20 minutes from the airport. Suitable for families, groups of friends or couples traveling together.
