The interior features a central, open-plan living room that leads to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, the dining room is self-contained and the house has a wine cellar. There are four en-suite bedrooms, including a master suite with four-poster king-size bed, generous bathroom and dressing room. TV, Smart TV and satellite TV complete the living spaces.

The exterior features a 12 m x 6 m x 2.4 m infinity-edge heated pool (heating activated from October 15 to April 15, off-season heating option at 350 $/week). The pool area is complemented by a covered terrace, barbecue and exotic garden. On-site amenities: Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and electric gate. Coolers, parasols and beach chairs are available.

Staff include a housekeeper on duty every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.
