Located in Terres Basses, Saint-Martin, Villa Mes Amis is set on a hillside estate with ocean views and sunset orientation. The property accommodates up to 28 guests in 13 rooms. The beach is a 5-minute drive away.

The accommodation comprises 13 en-suite bedrooms, seven of which have outdoor showers. An annex at the end of the road offers three additional bedrooms. The villa can be rented on a modular basis, from 7 to 13 bedrooms depending on requirements. Interior spaces include an air-conditioned living room, a dining room and an air-conditioned kitchen.

Outside, the property features two heated swimming pools, a cliffside Jacuzzi, several terraces and a barbecue. Practical amenities: outdoor shower, gym, satellite TV, espresso machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, PRM access, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a housekeeper every day except Sundays and public holidays, a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. A private chef is available for Christmas parties. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from restaurants and grocery stores, and 20 minutes from town and the airport. Suitable for large groups, family reunions and events (special fees apply). Minimum stay: 5 nights all year round, 14 nights for Christmas/New Year.
