Located in Nettle Bay, right on the beach, Villa Ski Beach is a one-bedroom apartment for two people. It has direct access to Nettle Bay, a compact configuration suitable for a two-person stay.

The interior features a double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV with satellite reception. The dining room and air-conditioned kitchen are fully equipped with dishwasher and espresso machine, allowing meals to be prepared on site. The private terrace overlooks the sunsets over Marigot Bay.

Guests enjoy access to a large communal swimming pool, the residence's tennis courts and the adjoining beach. On site: covered terrace, billiards, table tennis, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, iron and electric gate.

A cleaning lady is on hand on arrival and departure. Cleaning services during your stay are not included. Beach towels are provided.
