Located in Terres Basses, Saint-Martin, Villa C'est la Vie is situated directly on the Baie aux Prunes beach and offers ocean and sunset views. The property accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms. Minimum stays: 7 nights in low and high season, 14 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The villa has six en-suite bedrooms with air conditioning. Four bedrooms are located on either side of the house, while two others can be accessed from inside via a glass staircase. Each room is equipped with a TV. Communal areas include an air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, a dining room and a fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen (dishwasher, espresso machine, wine cellar).

The outdoor terrace surrounds the heated pool, poolside bar and Jacuzzi. Direct access to the beach makes getting there and back easy. The property offers three outdoor showers, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, USB sockets throughout the house and a NUVO audio system. Practical equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, safe, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff include a housekeeper (every day except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. A private chef is listed among the services, two meals a day. The chef service includes up to 12 meals per rental week; food and beverages are charged extra. Additional meals can be arranged at extra cost. The presence of a waitress during meals is required, charged at 25 USD/hour to be paid on site. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included.

The villa is a 10-minute drive from restaurants and grocery stores, 15 minutes from town and 20 minutes from the airport. Suitable for couples, families and groups of up to 12 people.
