Located in Anse Marcel, Villa Casa Sand overlooks the ocean and Anse Marcel Bay, with an easterly orientation. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Minimum rental period: 6 nights in low and high season, 12 nights for Christmas and New Year.

The interior is fully air-conditioned. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has its own entrance under the covered terrace, with direct access to the rest of the villa. Communal areas include an air-conditioned living room, dining room and fully equipped air-conditioned kitchen, as well as TV and satellite TV.

Outside, the property features a 7 m x 4 m heated infinity pool. The pool is heated from October 15 to April 15; outside this period, heating is available as an option at a cost of 350 $ per week. Additional amenities: barbecue, Wi-Fi, safe, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, electric gate and generator.

Staff includes a maid every other day (except Sundays and public holidays), a gardener, a janitor and a pool attendant. Return airport transfers and beach towels are included in the rental price.

The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Restaurants 5 minutes' drive, grocery store 10 minutes, town center 20 minutes and airport 35 minutes' drive. The villa is suitable for families, couples and small groups; it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs between the parking lot and the villa.
